The University of Massachusetts Boston is one of the five campuses of the University of Massachusetts. UMass Boston is a student-centered, urban, public research university. With more than 14,000 students and 900 faculty members, it is Boston’s only public university.

Membership in the Liberated Learning Consortium addresses the UMass Boston strategic plan goal of increasing student access, engagement, and success. The Ross Center for Disability Services at the university will function as the center for all Liberated Learning project activities which are to be planned over the next several months.
