Saint Mary's Student Wins APICS Undergraduate Science Communication Award, Sydney, Nova Scotia, October, 2006

Jason Hines, a computer science student at Saint Mary's University, has won the APICS Undergraduate Science Communication Award at the APICS 30th Annual Math, Statistics, & Computer Science Conference, October 13-15, 2006, Cape Breton University, Sydney, Nova Scotia. The prize is awarded to the student who is best able to communicate a science topic to the general public. For his presentation, Jason used a ViaScribed multimedia presentation to showcase the Note Finder Project.
